Our Vision

We dream of a world where salespeople everywhere are respected for their professionalism and honesty, and where buyers are anxious to meet whatever salespeople walk through their doors.
- We will promote the training and practice of honorable, ethical, relationship-focused sales methods.
- We will establish a code of ethics and professional standards for the sales profession.
- We will create a certification of achievement that sets honest, professional salespeople apart.
- We will assemble and work together on the craft of selling.
- We will teach buyers to spot salesdrip* tactics, so those tactics cease to work.
Together, we will return the sales profession to one of honor, trust and respect, because we believe that by doing so buyers and sellers everywhere will win.
Corporate Structure
The Honest Selling Professionals Association is a nonprofit association for honest people whose jobs include the role of selling. It was established July 19, 2010, as a nonprofit, public benefit corporation in the state of Missouri, U.S.A., and is run by volunteer board members and a professional staff. We are currently in the process of completing our application for tax exemption under the 501(c)(6) guidelines. (Brian Rogers, business attorney with the law firm of Evans & Dixon, is spearheading that effort.)
