Gill E. Wagner
Founder, Executive Director and International Board Member

Executive Director Yellow-Tie International
Executive Director Honest Selling Professionals Association

At the age of 12, Gill began running work crews for his dad’s remodeling company, until it was time to open a remodeling company of his own. Fifteen years later, he was turned on to the world of computers and became an AS400 programmer, which fit well into his ability to solve complex puzzles. But being a drone wasn’t where Gill excelled, so with a partner, he formed a computer consulting/programming company that, among other things, helped many a large bank develop contingency plans for Y2K.

With his partner happiest behind the computer, Gill found his calling forming strong relationships, selling the company’s services and bringing honesty back to the sales profession. In March of 2000 he spawned Honest Selling, and five years later formed Yellow-Tie as a trade association to help entreprenerus like himself form the allegiances they needed to succeed.

All the while, Gill’s love for dogs, his innate ability to whisper away their bad behaviors and his entrepreneurial mindset brought him to Purpose Ranch, Inc., where he invests his after-hours efforts to ensure no dog is ever again euthanized in a pound, shelter or rescue.

Is it any surprise that Gill knows how to juggle – literally? He’s at his best when juggling many interests simultaneously, and will juggle anything from Yellow-Tie coffee mugs to dog toys when asked. He’s a lifetime woodworker and will ride bikes with anyone at a moment’s notice. And, oh yeah, he claims the title of World’s Most Sickeningly In Love Husband.
